2. 比较与进化基因组学: 主要研究和比较高等植物和真菌的基因组序列信息,揭示其物种适应性进化的机理。
3. 系统与合成生物学: 研究控制植物细胞生长发育和代谢的基因调控网络,通过基因工程技术改良获得植物新性状。
